Minister of Finance of Lao PDR Somdy Donagdy paid an offical visit to
Moscow on October 25-28,2009.
In the course of the visit Mr.S.Donagdy met Deputy Prime-Minister of the
RF Goverment, Minister of Finance Mr.A.Kudrin and Head of the State Federal
Statistics Service, Chairman of the russian part of the Intergovermental
Commission on trade and economic and science and technical cooperation
Mr.V.Sokolin.
During the meeting the parties discussed the questions of mutural interest
in the sphere of finacial policy and economic cooperation between two
countries.
Subjects of further developement of friendly ties between our nations
were also touched upon during the meeting with the Chairman of the Board of
the Russian-Laotian Friendship Society Mr.V.Sokolin.
First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Russian-Laotian Friendship
Society,academician I.Panfilov,
Deputy Chairman of the Russian-Laotian Friendship Society Mr. A. Ratkin as
well as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentialy of Lao PDR in RF
H.E.Somphong Sichaleune also took part in the meeting.-
