The 3rd Russian-Cambodian Intergovernmental commission on trade-and-economic and scientific-and-technical cooperation held its meeting on October 20, 2005 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Russian delegation headed by Vyacheslav A. Fetisov - Chief of the Federal Agency on Physical Culture and Sports included both statesmen, among them high-ranking officials of the Ministry of International Affairs, Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, Federal Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of the Russian Federation, and representatives of Russian business in the person of Mr. Nikolay N. Ustinov - Director General of "MK-SP Ltd.".

The Cambodian Party was headed by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia His Excellency Uch Borit. The meeting was also attended by the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Department of International Relations of the Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Ministry of Economics and Finance of the Kingdom of Cambodia as well as by the Cambodian businessmen.

The parties discussed the progress of the Russian-Cambodian trade-and-economic and scientific-and-technical cooperation in 2004-2005 as well as measures aimed at the development of bilateral cooperation.
