On September 14,2009 the distinguished journalist and the oldest contributor of the "Izvestia" newspaper
D. Mamleev celebrated his 80-th jubillee.The anniversary celebrations were held at the reception hall of "Izvestia" publishing house.
D.Mamleev started his labour activity in the "Izvestia" newspaper working his way up from ordinary correspondent to the first deputy additor-in-chief of this popular publication.
Being the additor-in-chief of "Sovetskaya kultura"newspaper, the first deputy head of the State committee on publishing and press of the USSR, Chairman of the Board of the Russian Peace Fund he
devoted his life and stored knowledge to the favorite work - journalist profession.
The famous russian journalists, cultural workers amoung of them Mr.E.Galumov,Director general of the "Izvestia" publishing house, Mr.V.Bogdanov, Chairman of the Union of the russian journalists, Mr.N.Gonchar, Deputy of the State Duma, Mr.M.Nenashev,former Head of the State Committee on publishing and press of the USSR, Mrs.N.Dementjeva, former Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, academician I.Panfilov,first deputy Chairman of the Russian Peace Fund, representattives of broad public, ministries and departments, old friends and former colleagues gathered at the publishing house to congratulate the Hero of the Anniversary.
