The Embassy of Lao PDR in Moscow organized on December 8,2011 the official reception on the occasion of presentation of credentials to the President of Russian Federation by the new head of diplomatic mission of Lao PDR Thieng Boupha.
The reception was attended by Co-Chairman of the Intergovernmental Russian-Lao Commission on trade-economic and
scientific-technical cooperation Mr.A.Radjkov, Chairman of the Board of the Russian-Lao friendship Association, Head of the CIS Interstate Statistical Committee Mr. V.Sokolin, representatives of Russian ministries and departments, business communities and organizations,public of Moscow.
The guests in their short speeches heartely congratulated H.E.Thieng Boupha,the Ambassador of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Lao PDR in Russia with the official start of diplomatic activity and expressed the hope that this work will be successful and serve to strengthen the mutually beneficial relations between our countries.
