The First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Mr. A.Torshin held a consultation meeting with the Chairman of the European Academy of Philately Mr. Heng Slabbing yesterday in the Russian Federation Council. The question of possible holding in Moscow in 2013 the International Philatelic Exhibition "ROSSIKA-2013" was discussed.
The meeting was also attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Peace Fund, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Russian National Academy of Philately, academician I.Panfilov,
Editor in chief of the Russian magazine "World of stamps and coins",professor A.Strygin,Honored architect of the Russian Federation Mr. S.Tkachenko and executive personnels of the Federation Council apparat.
