The delegation of Russian Peace Fund was in Hanoi the capital of SRV on October 1-4,2010 on city authorities' invitation. Russian delegation took part in any actions in connection with the celebration of 1000-th Anniversary of the foundation of the vietnamese capital.
Within the framework of celebrating members of the delegation held a number of meetings with the public of the city and took part in opening ceremony of the International Philatelic Exhibition "VIETSTAMPEX -
2010" devoted to the above event. In the course of International Fair the special cancellation of stamps, covers and other philatelic items was placed at the booth of "MK-SP" for stamp collectors, guest and participants. The Fair showed the great interest among city-dwellers and vietnamese public.
